Return and Refund Policy

Buyer can request a cancellation for nearly any purchase on our website. After cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.

 

Return Product

Buyers can request for return only reason below:

  • – If the product has not been dispatched by then.
  • – If product does not match technical specification.

  Buyers have to send a request by declaring order confirmation from the system with order approval code. It will appear in the email you received after the payment to refund@activemedia.co.th within 15 days

ActiveMedia will investigate each buyer’s case on a case-by-case basis and will decide whether to proceed with the buyer’s claim. At sole discretion.

 

Refund

After the buyer has filed a petition with ActiveMedia and ActiveMedia has approved the refund. The refund will be credited to the buyer’s credit / debit card. Or a designated bank account. Whichever is appropriate.
